Direct Follicular Placement Without Pre-Cut Channels
With standard FUE, the surgeon first incises hundreds of tiny recipient slits, and then technicians manually push grafts into each slot.
With DHI, the extracted graft is carefully loaded into a hollow needle pen. In a single simultaneous movement, the surgeon enters the epidermis at the exact anatomical angle (typically 40° to 45°) and depresses the plunger, positioning the root bulb safely beneath the dermis.
Because grafts spend less time outside the body and undergo zero manipulation with forceps during insertion, cell viability and survival rates are significantly enhanced.
